Amazon Low Price Guarantee

When we shop on Amazon, we can see some items’ prices are indicated by “Low Price Guarantee”, actually at present on Amazon (most countries), seems the “Low Price Guarantee” are limited to TV, so Amazon calls it as “TV Low Price Guarantee” at present, we might see the Low Price Guarantee could be expanded to other items in the future (This should depends on Amazon).

About the TV Low Price Guarantee

The TV Low Price Guarantee applies to televisions that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.ca.

If you find a lower price on another qualifying retailer's website within 30 days after the date we ship your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method taking any differences in shipping and promotions into account. If we lower our own price within 30 days after we ship your TV, let us know and we'll refund you the difference as well.

You can request a refund for the price difference by clicking Order Details and Found a lower price? on your Order Summary page in Your Account. If you have questions or concerns, click Contact Us on the right side of any Help page to contact Customer Service about the TV Low Price Guarantee. You'll receive an e-mail response within 24 hours.

So we see the conditions for TV Low Price Guarantee:

1: Sold by Amazon.ca or Amazon.com (or any other countries Amazon official website);
2: Only compared qualifying retailer’s websites (Check attached website list in this article) and Amazon itself;
3: Within 30 days after the date Amazon ships your order;
4: Will not apply to limited time promotions or clearances (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Prime Day).
