DEWALT DWARA100 Right Angle Adapter Attachment Unboxing and Review

We had multiple times using Driver or Drill in narrow spaces working environment. For example, we wanted to tight or loose a screw in a narrow space, we need a right angle drill or driver, but now we have another low cost solution: using a right angle adapter as attachment. Here we introduce DEWALT DWARA100 Right Angle Adapter Attachment.

We ordered the DEWALT DWARA100 Right Angle Adapter Attachment from Amazon Canada which asked 19.95 CAD.

Here is the original package which we received:

There is also a 1" driver bit comes with the adapter in the package. we see part of specifications such as:

The max RPM is 3000;

The adapter provides Magnet Secures Fastener to hold the screw bit more tightly;

On the back we see the information of the adapter can be used with multiple type of bits, drill bits, and hole saw etc.

How the adapter connects with normal bits or others ?

This is the unpackaged DeWALT driver/drill adapter attachment, we compare its length with a normal marker pen.

On the back of head part, there is a hole to loose the driver bit with plugging in any slim ticket to push out the bit:

We can also see the magnet part from the picture, the black ring part is magnet, to help holding bits tightly:

we could not find our hole saw so we did not have a picture for that, but we can copy one from Amazon site :)

How to connect to driver/drill ?

We recommend to attach this adapter on a driver, so that getting more safe with attaching and working more tight. we can use different driver as long as the adapter could be plugged in tightly. (normally the driver / driver which are from local tool store or online store should be OK since they mostly match popular bit size. )

When we should use the right angle adapter ?

We mentioned at the beginning, whenever we work in a narrow space which we can not use our normal drill/driver, we need the right angle tool, this adapter is a replacement solution for the right angle power driver/drill.

See our case, we had a chance to work in our bathroom vanity. This right angle adapter was really helpful.
